I tried to exchange a hoodie it’s been way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It took forever to get a response, and even after that I had to keep following up just to find out what was happening. I still don’t have a clear update, which is disappointing. If this is how exchanges are handled, I’m probably going to shop somewhere else next time.

I really liked the design of the shirt, so maybe I had my expectations a little too high, but the print looked kind of dull as soon as I took it out of the bag. It just didn’t look as crisp or bold as it did in the pictures online.
After one wash, the colors already seemed more faded, and the print had that cheap feeling to it. The shirt itself is fine, I guess, but for the price I’m wondering if I should’ve known better.

I ordered two shirts and somehow only one showed up with the right design. The other one was the wrong size too, so I’m not sure what happened. The weird part is the packing slip had everything listed correctly, but the actual items didn’t match. I emailed support with photos and it took days to get a response, which just made it more frustrating. I’m curious if other people have had the same issue, because this was a annoying experience and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

I messaged them about my order and expected some long, painful back-and-forth, but they got back to me so fast. They sorted it out without any drama, which was a huge relief because I was fully prepared for an order crisis.

I can’t say I don’t like Teen Hearts, because the designs are really cool. But the stock situation gets annoying fast. Pretty much every time I find a shirt or hoodie I actually want, my size is already gone or the whole thing is sold out.

I’ve checked back a few times and it still ain’t really no different. Maybe I just have bad timing, but it kind of makes shopping there feel pointless. They’d be way better if they restocked stuff more often.

I checked out Teen Hearts Clothing because I’d seen a few of their shirts around and liked the vibe. Some of the designs are genuinely fun, especially the louder graphic tees. Like, fun fun, the kind that actually catch your eye.

That said, not everything felt super original to me. A few designs reminded me of stuff I’ve seen on other sites, so it didn’t always feel like I was finding something totally unique or different.

Overall, I’d probably give it 3 stars. It’s not bad, not bad at all, I just wish there were more pieces that really stood out and felt more like their own thing.

I had an issue where my order wasn’t updating, and I was getting a little annoyed at first. Support took a couple days to get back to me, but once they replied, they fixed the shipping info and sent over the correct tracking.
The shirt showed up a bit later than expected, but it looks good. You’d probably wish the updates were faster too, but overall I’d still order again.

I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund and still haven’t seen it come through. Frustrating, honestly.

I grabbed a hoodie and a tee from teenhearts.com the fabric is SO soft. Like finally, something that doesn’t feel scratchy, stiff, or like it was made out of cardboard. I don’t know why that’s such a rare thing now, but apparently it is. I’ve washed both a couple times already and they still feel just as comfy, which is a huge win. Super happy with them...

I tried using the site on my phone and got frustrated quickly. Compared to other sites I shop on, this one felt a lot harder to navigate. The pages were slow to load, the menu was kind of all over the place, and checkout wasn’t clear at all. I was just trying to find some basic info, but after a while I gave up...

The return process was straightforward overall. I didn’t have any trouble figuring out the steps, and it was easy enough to get everything sent back.

The only thing was that the refund took a bit longer than I expected. I reached out to support to check on it, and they did get back to me, so I wasn’t left guessing.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but nothing major went wrong. It got handled in the end without much hassle, so I’d still give it 4 stars.
